Many individuals are uploading scrumptious plates of food or dishes they cook amongst their family and friends to gain interest and boost social stigma. Despite this, there is a missing link in engagement between suppliers, chefs and amateur home cooks.
Stove is a food community in your pocket. The app behaves as a digital cook book, allowing users to shop recipes and ingredients at ease. Using an incentivised scheme, cooks can share their basket via social media to earn points to spend on in-app products.
In addition to quick guides and step by step cooking instructions, cooks can easily speak to the wider community via a chat feature to share personal tips and tricks.
Brands can also distribute their products through a network of re-sellers. With the option to bulk buy, stores can distribute products in a viral way with no financial commitment. Stove simply manages all the logistics.
Given that the target consumer is young and eager to shop online, we crafted a design capable of combining the most recent trends in e-shops. Wide, bold typography with a strong fiery colour palette, reflecting the home cooking scenario.
